This Privacy Policy applies to three distinct categories of individuals whose information we process:
- Website Visitors — individuals who browse our Website;
- Academy Students — individuals who enroll in our educational programs, courses, workshops, or mentorship;
- Management Clients — Amazon sellers who engage us to manage or support their Amazon Seller Central accounts under a separate Service Agreement.
Each category has different data collection and processing practices, as described below.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:
- Contact us or submit inquiries: name, email address, phone number, company name, message content;
- Enroll in the Academy: name, email address, phone number, billing address, payment information (processed by our third-party payment processor — we do not store full card numbers), business details, and information submitted within community forums or coursework;
- Engage our Management Services: name, contact information, business registration details, Amazon Seller Central account information, product catalog information, and other operational data necessary for service delivery;
- Subscribe to marketing communications: name, email address, and your communication preferences;
- Submit testimonials or reviews: name, photograph (if provided), business information, and the content of your testimonial.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

We access this information solely through the permissions you grant us in Seller Central, on a least-privilege basis, and only for the purpose of delivering the Services agreed upon. Access to restricted data (such as limited buyer personally identifiable information) is used only for legitimate operational purposes — such as handling customer messages, processing returns, and resolving order-related cases — in accordance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
3.4 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including:
- Payment processors (regarding transaction status);
- Analytics and advertising platforms (regarding your interaction with our marketing);
- Referral partners (when you are introduced to us through a partner).
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: to provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including course access, management services, customer support, and account administration;

- Academy platform: WordPress and associated learning management plugins;

- Amazon management tools: industry-standard tools for listing management, advertising optimization, financial reporting, and operational workflows, including Helium 10 and Sellerboard, used only under management engagements and only as necessary to deliver the Services;
- Project management and internal operations: Fireberry;
- Cloud storage: Google Drive (Google Workspace).
Each service provider is bound by contractual obligations, terms of service, or data processing agreements to protect your information and to use it only for the specific purposes for which it was shared.
6.2 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure
We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others.
6.3 Business Transfers
If we undergo a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and of any material changes to this Privacy Policy resulting from it.
6.4 With Your Consent

6.5 No Sale of Amazon Data
We do not sell, rent, lease, license, trade, or otherwise transfer Amazon seller or buyer personal information to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose. Amazon data is used exclusively to deliver the management services to the specific client that provided authorization.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality, analyze usage, and support marketing. We use:

- Analytics cookies: via Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Website;

8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements:

- Academy enrollment data: for the duration of enrollment plus 7 years (for tax and accounting compliance under Israeli law);
- Management client data: for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by applicable law or as specified in the Service Agreement;
- Amazon Seller Central data accessed under a management engagement: retained only as long as necessary for service delivery. Upon termination of the engagement or upon request, we delete or return such data in accordance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy, subject to any legal obligation to retain specific records;
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent;
- Automatically collected technical data: up to 26 months.
When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS);
- Access controls based on least-privilege principles;
- Authentication mechanisms for systems handling personal data;

We are based in Israel, which has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Some of our service providers may be located outside Israel or the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Note for Management Clients: Rights requests relating to Amazon buyer data that we access in the course of providing management services should be directed to Amazon or to the relevant seller (our client), as we process such data only as a service provider on behalf of the seller.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly. 13. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
14. Amazon-Specific Practices (Management Clients)
When we act as a service provider to Amazon sellers, we comply with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Developer Agreement, including but not limited to:
- Purpose limitation: we use Amazon data solely to deliver the specific services for which the seller has granted authorization;
- No cross-client data use: data from one client’s Amazon account is never used to benefit another client or any third party;
- No resale or transfer: we do not sell, rent, lease, license, trade, or transfer Amazon data to any third party, except as strictly necessary to deliver the Services (e.g., authorized subprocessors under confidentiality obligations);
- Retention: Amazon data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services and is deleted or returned upon termination of the engagement, subject to legal retention requirements;
- Access control: access to Amazon data is limited to authorized team members on a least-privilege, need-to-know basis;
- Security incident reporting: security incidents affecting Amazon information are reported to [email protected] within 24 hours of detection, as described in Section 9;
- Organizational changes: material organizational changes affecting our ability to comply with Amazon’s policies are reported to Amazon within 30 days.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
