Pricing (Transparent, Monthly)

$2,500 base + $500 per Managed ASIN / month

Monthly Fee = $2,500 + ($500 × Managed ASINs)

What is a “Managed ASIN”?

Managed ASIN is any ASIN we actively manage during the month, including any of the following:

  • Listing work (title/bullets/keywords/assets direction)
  • Offer, pricing, promotions setup/monitoring
  • Inventory planning / FBA shipment support
  • PPC maintenance aligned to that ASIN (basic layer)
  • Case handling, compliance checks, review/VOC monitoring

If an ASIN is paused and not actively managed that month, it can be excluded.

Examples

  • 1 ASIN → $3,000 / month
  • 3 ASINs → $4,000 / month
  • 5 ASINs → $5,000 / month
  • 10 ASINs → $7,500 / month

What This Service Is Designed To Improve (Outcomes)

We don’t promise rankings or guaranteed sales (Amazon doesn’t work that way).

What we do target is control, consistency, and measurable operational improvement, such as:

  • Fewer suppressed listings and offer issues
  • Fewer stockouts (and fewer expensive emergency moves)
  • Cleaner PPC waste and more intentional spend
  • Stronger conversion assets and listing hygiene
  • Better account health stability (less panic, fewer surprises)
  • A predictable weekly operating rhythm with real accountability

What’s Not Included (So It’s Clear)

To avoid confusion, these are not part of the base management fee unless added separately:

  • Paying suppliers, wiring money, or handling your banking
  • Legal services, tax filing, or official accounting
  • Product sourcing, manufacturing, packaging engineering, or QC management
  • Creative production (new photography/video), unless agreed as an add-on
  • External software/tool subscriptions (if you choose to use tools)
  • Reimbursement/reconciliation “recovery projects” unless scoped separately
  • Guaranteed outcomes (sales, rankings, profit) — we execute and optimize, but Amazon outcomes vary

Access & Permissions (Seller Central)

To manage your store properly, we need standard access in Seller Central typically covering:

Orders, Inventory, Pricing, Promotions/Advertising, Reports, Account Health, Messaging, and FBA settings.

Some permissions may be labeled by Amazon as Restricted because they can involve customer data.

We follow least-privilege access and use restricted access only for operational needs (orders/returns/cases) with access limited to authorized team members.

  • ASIN count review: Monthly review based on Managed ASINs

Who This Is For

  • You want predictable operations, not random chaos
  • You want growth without losing control of profitability, inventory, or account health
  • You want execution and accountability — not advice only

FAQ

Do you guarantee sales, rankings, or profit?

No. No serious operator should. We guarantee execution, structure, and consistent optimization — outcomes vary by market, product, and Amazon dynamics.

Can I approve major changes before they go live?

Yes. We can set approval rules for major listing changes, pricing strategy, and promo decisions.

Do you manage FBA and FBM?

Yes, where relevant. Scope depends on your fulfillment setup and product mix.

Do you handle customer messages?

We can manage messaging workflows inside Amazon tools, aligned to Amazon policy and your brand tone.

What if the account is struggling right now?

That’s common. We usually start with stabilization: account health, suppressed listings, offer issues, inventory problems — then scale.

What if I have many ASINs but only want a few actively managed?

Perfect. Pricing is based on Managed ASINs, not total catalog size.

Our Track Record

17+ years as an active Amazon seller. Over 5,000 Amazon sellers trained through the SoSimple Academy. An active portfolio of managed client accounts generating real, measurable results on Amazon today.

SoSimple is not a theoretical agency. Our founder, Ori Levi, has operated private label brands on Amazon since 2007, and for the past several years has led one of Israel’s leading Amazon education programs, guiding thousands of sellers from account opening through scaled operations. The playbooks we apply for management clients are the same ones tested across our own inventory and refined across thousands of seller journeys.

Our Team

IMC SOSIMPLE BRANDS LTD is led by two equal partners:

  • Ori Levi — Co-Founder. Active Amazon seller since 2007, founder and lead instructor of the SoSimple Academy, which has trained over 5,000 Amazon sellers. Public face of the SoSimple brand across the website, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Ori Firouz — Co-Founder. Operational lead for Amazon Account Management, responsible for client onboarding, Seller Central operations, and day-to-day execution of our managed client portfolio. Primary contact with Amazon for all service provider matters.

Both partners are jointly responsible for the Company’s compliance with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Service Provider Agreement.

Credentials at a Glance

  • 5,000+ Amazon sellers trained through the SoSimple Academy
  • Active portfolio of managed brand accounts across multiple categories on Amazon US

Results from Our Managed Portfolio

The following results reflect outcomes from specific managed clients, shared with their written consent. To protect the competitive confidentiality of our clients’ brands, we reference clients by name rather than by brand. Outcomes vary by product, category, market conditions, and client-specific factors, and are not guaranteed.

Ziv Matmon — From Launch to $100K+ in One Year

Ziv came to us to launch his Amazon private label business from scratch. Under our full management, his brand reached approximately $20,000 in sales within the first three months of launch. One year later, his account has surpassed $100,000 in cumulative Amazon sales, with continued growth. The engagement covered the full launch playbook — product listing build, PPC campaign architecture, inventory planning, and ongoing optimization.

Ron Ackerman — Scaling Under Active Management

Ron is an active management client whose Amazon business has generated tens of thousands of dollars in sales under our operational ownership. We continue to support his brand through listing optimization, PPC efficiency work, and inventory management cycles.

Talya Shiloach — 750 Units Cleared in Two Months

Talya engaged us with a stuck inventory situation. Within two months, we helped her clear 750 units through a combined strategy of pricing adjustments, targeted promotions, and PPC repositioning. Liquidating stuck inventory freed up working capital, improved her Inventory Performance Index (IPI), and reduced exposure to long-term FBA storage fees.

Meir Bar — Long-Term Managed Partnership

Meir is a long-standing managed client whose brand we continue to support on a monthly basis. Retention at this level is, in our view, the most honest indicator of service quality — clients stay because the operational outcomes and discipline justify the fee.

Additional managed clients are supported under similar engagements. References for specific cases can be provided upon request during a discovery call, subject to each client’s specific consent.

Academy Alumni Who Became Successful Amazon Sellers

In addition to our management clients, the SoSimple methodology has been validated across thousands of sellers trained through our Academy. Selected alumni outcomes include:

  • One Academy graduate later built a seven-figure Amazon business of his own and today serves as our Head of Growth and Performance
  • ~$30,000/month in Amazon sales reached by an alumnus within a few months of implementing the approach we teach.
  • Doubled Amazon revenue during the COVID-19 period by an alumnus who applied the listing, PPC, and inventory principles from the program.
  • $150,000/year side business built on Amazon by a salaried employee alumnus, on a part-time basis.
  • 50 sales per day reached by an initially-skeptical alumnus within months of launch.

Additional alumni stories are published on our reviews page (in Hebrew) at https://sosimple.co.il/reviews/.

Why This Matters for New Management Clients

When you engage SoSimple’s Amazon Account Management service, you are not outsourcing to a generic agency. You’re working with an operator-led team whose methodology has been validated by:

  • Our own private label operations over 17+ years
  • An active, current portfolio of managed brand accounts producing measurable outcomes on Amazon today
  • Thousands of seller journeys documented through the Academy
  • Continuous feedback loops from the community of sellers we support

This means the strategies we apply to your account are battle-tested — not theoretical frameworks.
